After quite a lackluster second record, they have hit us all with an onslaught of rock n roll. This record starts of with the track Knifeman, which is extremely catchy, but still has the pure aggression and punk rock attitude they are known for. As the record progresses, all of the songs hold up.

Yesterday, I promised a “Side B” to Radio Exile’s mp3 Mixtape and here it is, featuring: Kanye West, Biffy Clyro, Motel Motel, Passion Pit, F@cked Up, Conor Oberst, The Kooks, Danielson and High Places. This is a tight little mix of all the stuff I started listening to just last week and haven’t gotten a chance to say “Hey folks, you need to check this stuff out,” and some other stuff that hit my radar when I was using the internet for recreation earlier this week while sick.
